Returns Process


a. Initiating a Return:

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

b. Return Eligibility:

  • Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Chic Corner reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


c. Return Authorisation:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.


Refunds:


a. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.


b. Refund Timing:

  • Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
  • Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.


Exchanges:


a. Exchange Process:

  • Chic Corner currently does not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items:


a. Reporting Damages:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Chic Corner will assess the damage and provide instructions on how to proceed.


b. Replacement or Refund:

  • Based on the assessment, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.


Non-Returnable Items:


a. Certain items are non-returnable, including: 

  1. Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
  2. Personalised or Customised Items: Products that have been personalised or customised specifically for you.
  3. Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from Chic Corner.
  4. Sample Products: Samples provided with your purchase.
  5. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
  6. Clearance or Discounted Items: Clearance or discounted items.
  7. Limited Edition Items: Limited edition products, once sold, are non-returnable.
  8. Expired Products: Products that have passed their expiration date.
  9. Damaged or Tampered Products: Items that have been damaged or tampered with after delivery.


Shipping Costs:


a. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.


b. Original Shipping:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
