Returns Process
a. Initiating a Return:
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

b. Return Eligibility:
- Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Chic Corner reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds:
a. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
b. Refund Timing:
- Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.

Exchanges:

- Chic Corner currently does not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:

- Chic Corner will assess the damage and provide instructions on how to proceed.

- Based on the assessment, we will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
- Personalised or Customised Items: Products that have been personalised or customised specifically for you.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from Chic Corner.
- Sample Products: Samples provided with your purchase.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Clearance or Discounted Items: Clearance or discounted items.
- Limited Edition Items: Limited edition products, once sold, are non-returnable.
- Expired Products: Products that have passed their expiration date.
- Damaged or Tampered Products: Items that have been damaged or tampered with after delivery.
Shipping Costs:
